The map allows users to find nearby pantries or add new ones, fostering grassroots food security initiatives and neighborhood-level mutual aid networks.
Freedge (Community Refrigerators)
A map and resource network for community refrigerators—publicly accessible fridges where people can take or leave food at no cost. These cooperatively managed fridges help reduce food waste while increasing food access in neighborhoods across the country.
